📘 Phone Repair & More LLC – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 26, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the Phone Repair & More LLC (“Phone Repair & More,” “we,” or “us”) website at https://phonerepairmore.com (the “Site”) and all repair services, trade-in/buyback services, products, and content we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Phone Repair & More is an independent, third-party repair and device buyback company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Apple Inc. or any other manufacturer. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.

 

Definitions

  • Device: Smartphone, tablet, laptop, computer, game console, smartwatch, or other electronic device submitted to us for repair or trade-in.
  • Repair Services: Diagnostics, repairs, replacements, technical support, and related services we perform on Devices.
  • Trade-In/Buyback Services: Programs in which you sell or trade in a Device to us in exchange for cash, store credit, or other consideration.

Service Authorization: Written or electronic agreement (estimate, order confirmation, or intake form) describing the Services and estimated costs.


Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the Site, submitting a Device for repair or trade-in, or otherwise using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent), legally capable of entering a binding contract, and the rightful owner or authorized agent of the Device. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export control and sanctions laws.

 

Scope of Services

3.1 Repair Services

Estimates & Service Authorization. We will provide an estimated cost for repairs based on the information you provide or initial diagnostic tests. The final cost may change if additional issues are discovered. You must review and approve the Service Authorization before we begin repairs.

Parts & Warranty. Repairs may use new, used, refurbished, or equivalent parts. Unless otherwise stated, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for the specific repair performed. This warranty covers only the specific part(s) replaced and the associated labor. It does not cover new physical or liquid damage, software issues, or tampering after the repair. Manufacturer warranties may be voided by third-party repairs.

Device Data. You are responsible for backing up and deleting all personal data before service. We are not responsible for data loss, privacy breaches, or any disclosure of data that may occur during the repair process. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all personal data is backed up prior to service, and we are not liable for any loss of information, software, or personal files before, during, or after repair.

Limited Liability. Our liability for any repair is limited to the cost of the repair or the current market value of your Device, whichever is lower. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost data, loss of use, or lost profits.

3.2 Trade-In/Buyback Services

When you sell or trade in a Device to Phone Repair & More, the following terms apply:

  1. Ownership & Condition: You must own all rights, title, and interest in the Device and the Device must not be stolen or subject to any liens. Each Device must match the make and model in your order and meet the following conditions.
  • Working: The Device turns on/off, functions normally, has no cracked screen or housing, and includes an unblocked battery.
  • Faulty: Devices are inspected upon receipt. If the actual condition differs from the stated one, we’ll propose an adjusted offer. Devices must be fully deregistered and free of activation locks. You must accept or decline within 5 business days, after which the offer may expire.
  • Formation of Contract: A binding contract is formed once we receive your Device and you accept our final offer. Ownership transfers to Phone Repair & More upon payment. You may cancel at any time before the Device is received.

 

In the event of any disagreement over device condition or valuation, both parties agree to attempt a good-faith resolution through documentation, such as photos or a reinspection, prior to arbitration.

  1. Shipping & In-Store Drop-Off: You may ship your Device using our prepaid label or drop it off at one of our Florida locations. We are not responsible for lost packages if you use another carrier or fail to follow packaging instructions.
  2. Payment: Upon acceptance of our final offer, we will pay you in cash, by check, via PayPal, as store credit, or by another method we specify. We may require government-issued identification for transactions above certain thresholds or where required by law.
  3. Data Risks. You agree to release us from all claims, losses, or damages arising from any data stored on your Device. Please delete personal information or perform a “remote wipe” before sending your Device to us.
  4. Rejected Devices & Returns: We may reject counterfeit, stolen, locked, or hazardous devices. Rejected items will be returned at your expense. You may either pay us to ship the device back to you or provide your own shipping label. If you decline our final offer, the device will be returned to you at your cost. You are responsible for any customs fees associated with shipments outside the U.S. If we change our mind about purchasing your device, we will return it at our own expense.
  1. User Responsibilities
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself and your device.
  • No Unauthorized Access: You will not misuse or disrupt the site, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Compliance with Law: You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or to sell devices obtained unlawfully.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Phone Repair & More, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of this Agreement, misuse of the services, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
  1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software—is the property of Phone Repair & More or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, or distribute any materials from our website without our prior written consent. All trade names, trademarks, and service marks are properties of their respective owners. “Phone Repair & More” and the Phone Repair & More logos are registered trademarks of Phone Repair & More LLC.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others; if you believe material on our Site infringes your rights, please contact us.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phone Repair & More will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (for repair services) or the amount we paid you (for trade-in services) in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that Phone Repair & More shall not be liable for loss of data, software, or any personal information stored on a device, and you are solely responsible for creating backups prior to service.

  1. Arbitration & Governing Law

Any dispute or claim relating to this Agreement, the Site, or the Services (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in Pinellas County, Florida. The arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and Phone Repair & More waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Either party may, however, bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration if the matter qualifies.

  1. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on our Site and update the effective date above. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

  1. Force Majeure

Phone Repair & More LLC shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under these Terms or any Service Authorization when such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, pandemics, supply chain interruptions, material or parts shortages, power outages, or government restrictions (“Force Majeure Events”).


In the event of a Force Majeure Event, we will make reasonable efforts to resume Services as soon as practicable. If performance is delayed for more than thirty (30) days, either party may cancel the affected Service without penalty.

  1. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver.
