Hi, I’m Mido, the founder and CEO of Phone Repair & More. I started this business in 2017 with a single goal: to offer fast, reliable, and honest device repair that people could count on. What started as a one small shop with just one employee has grown into a team of 25 talented professionals across 9 locations—something I’m incredibly proud of. Thanks to the support of our amazing customers, we’ve become one of the most trusted names in the industry. Before starting this journey, I worked as a civil engineer and earned a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. While the career shift may seem drastic, the skills I gained in engineering and project management have played a big role in helping me build and grow this business—everything from planning and efficiency to customer satisfaction and team leadership. Over the past 8 years, we’ve had the honor of repairing thousands of devices—phones, tablets, computers, and more.
