Phone Repair & More® was founded in 2017 by Mido, a civil engineer and PMP-certified project manager who brought planning, efficiency and accountability into a very different field: electronics repair.
What began as one small shop with one employee grew into a team of more than 25 professionals across eight Florida locations. The scale changed; the operating idea did not. Listen first. Diagnose the problem. Explain the options. Get approval. Then do the work carefully and check it before the device goes back to its owner.
Growth has also meant learning. Customer feedback, including difficult feedback, is treated as information that can improve the process. That mindset has helped PRM earn more than 15,000 Google reviews while continuing to focus on the same local, person-to-person service that started the company.
