A cracked face, a battery that dies by lunchtime, or a watch that won't sit on the charger. Most smart watch faults are one of four things, and we can usually tell you the price before you hand it over.
Free diagnostic, a clear quote you approve first, and a warranty of up to 90 days across eight Florida stores.
Watch repair is precision work — adhesive, seals and ribbon cables in millimetres.
30-second price check
Pick your Apple Watch series and case size. Screen pricing changes with both, which is why a single "from" price is never the whole answer.
Estimates for common Apple Watch screen service. Your exact quote depends on series, case size and damage severity, and is confirmed at intake. For Samsung Galaxy Watch, Fitbit, Garmin and other brands, pricing varies by model and parts availability — bring the watch in for an accurate quote.

Prices are estimates confirmed at intake. Water exposure always starts with diagnostic testing rather than a fixed quote, because what's needed depends entirely on how far corrosion has travelled. Need a wider comparison? Use the repair cost calculator.
Smart watch repairs we handle
Not sure which one you've got? The diagnostic is free, and it confirms whether the problem is the screen, the battery, the charging path, water, or software before anything is quoted.
The most common watch repair by a wide margin, and usually the most fixable.
A watch that won't last a day is usually a battery, not a settings problem.
Water resistance degrades with age. Pools, ocean and sweat all count.
Grit and sweat collect in the crown mechanism over years of wear.
Often the first sign of moisture that hasn't yet caused visible damage.
Worth ruling out first — it's the cheapest possible outcome at $29.
Your data and privacy. Most watch repairs don't require access to your health data or account details. Where possible, back up your watch through the paired phone before service.
Brands we service
Most repair shops only touch Apple Watch. Bring us the Galaxy Watch, the Fitbit or the Garmin too — we'll confirm repairability during the free diagnostic rather than turning it away at the counter.
Cracked screens, battery drain, charging faults and crown or button problems. Screen pricing is published in full above, by series and case size. If you need help with other Apple devices too, see Apple Repair.
Screen, charging and battery troubleshooting across Galaxy Watch models including the Active and Classic lines. Part availability varies by model and is confirmed at intake before you commit to anything.
Screen damage, charging problems and basic software recovery. Fitbit repairability is genuinely model-dependent — some are sealed in ways that make repair uneconomic, and we'll tell you that up front rather than after you've paid for a diagnostic.
Bring it in for evaluation. We confirm repairability and realistic options after diagnostic checks. If it isn't worth repairing we'll say so — and you can explore buyback options instead.
Repair or replace? For most Apple Watch models, screen or battery service costs well under a replacement watch when the rest of the device is sound. For older Fitbits and budget trackers the maths often goes the other way, and we'll be straight with you about which side yours falls on.
The thing nobody explains
This is the single biggest source of surprise at our counter, so it gets its own section rather than a footnote.
The seals and adhesive that keep water out age. A watch rated for swimming when new is not necessarily rated for it five years and a few thousand sweaty workouts later. Nothing has gone wrong — that's just how the materials behave.
Ocean and pool exposure carry salt and chlorine that keep attacking contacts long after the watch feels dry. If you swim in yours, rinse it in fresh water afterwards — it's the cheapest maintenance there is.
Applying current to a board with moisture on it is how a recoverable watch becomes a scrap one. Power it off if you can, leave it off the charger, and bring it in. The evaluation is free.
Opening a watch breaks the original factory seal. We re-seal during reassembly, but no independent repair — ours or anyone else's — can certify a manufacturer water-resistance rating afterwards. We'll set realistic expectations for your specific model at intake rather than promise something we can't test.
How smart watch repair works
Bring the watch and its charger. The paired phone helps too, if you can bring it.
We confirm the series and case size — both change the part — and reproduce the fault where possible.
At intakeScreen response, charging behaviour, battery health indicators and visible signs of water exposure.
No chargeYou get the price and realistic outcomes, including when we think replacing beats repairing. Nothing starts until you approve.
You decideWe test touch response, charging and basic connectivity before the watch goes back to you.
Warranty up to 90 daysWarranty: completed smart watch repairs carry a warranty of up to 90 days. The exact term depends on the repair type and the part used — a screen replacement and a software service are not covered on identical terms. Your store confirms the applicable warranty in writing when you approve the quote.

Smart watch repair FAQ
Direct answers. If yours isn't here, call your nearest store — we'd rather answer it than have you guess.
Apple Watch screen repair ranges from $89.99 for a Series 3 38mm to $175 for a Series 9 45mm — the full table by series and case size is above. Software service is $29 and water-damage evaluation is a free diagnostic. For Samsung Galaxy Watch, Fitbit, Garmin and other brands, pricing depends on the model and parts availability, so we quote at intake after the free diagnostic.
It depends on the model, the fault and parts availability. Watch screens are more model-specific than phone screens, so stock varies more between stores. Many common repairs are completed quickly once the part is confirmed; more complex work, and anything involving water exposure, takes longer because it needs proper evaluation first. Call your nearest store to check availability for your series before you travel.
Completed smart watch repairs carry a warranty of up to 90 days. The exact term depends on the repair type and the part used — a screen replacement and a software service are not covered on identical terms. Your store confirms the applicable warranty in writing when you approve the quote.
Opening a watch breaks the original factory seal. We re-seal during reassembly, but no independent repair — ours or anyone else's — can certify a manufacturer water-resistance rating afterwards, because that rating comes from factory pressure testing we don't have access to. Treat a repaired watch as splash-resistant rather than swim-rated unless we tell you otherwise for your specific model.
Try a different outlet, then a different cable or dock if you have one. Clean the watch back and the charger with a dry, lint-free cloth — sweat residue on the contacts is a genuinely common cause. If it still won't charge, book a free diagnostic so we can test the battery and the charging path properly. One exception: if there's any chance of water exposure, don't keep trying to charge it.
It's evaluated case by case, and the evaluation is free. Power the watch off if you can and avoid charging it until it's inspected — applying current to a board with moisture on it is what turns a recoverable watch into a scrap one. Salt water and chlorine are considerably worse than fresh water because they keep corroding contacts after the watch feels dry. We'll explain realistic options after testing rather than quoting blind.
Yes. We evaluate Galaxy Watch screen, battery and charging issues across the Active and Classic lines, and common Fitbit problems including screen damage, charging faults and basic software recovery. Both are genuinely model-dependent — some units are sealed in ways that make repair uneconomic. We'll tell you that during the free diagnostic rather than after you've committed. Bring the watch and its charger.
Most repairs don't require wiping your watch, and most don't require access to your health data or account details at all. We still recommend backing up through your paired phone before service where possible, because it removes any uncertainty. Tell us at intake if there's anything specific you're worried about.
For most Apple Watch models, yes — a screen or battery repair costs well under a replacement when the rest of the watch is sound, and a Series 6 that still does everything you need doesn't stop being useful because a newer one exists. For older Fitbits and budget trackers the maths often goes the other way. We'll give you the repair cost and an honest view of which side yours falls on, and you can always explore buyback instead.
The case size in millimetres is engraved on the back of the watch. For the series, open the Watch app on your paired iPhone and go to General, then About. If you can't check either, bring the watch in — identifying it is part of the free diagnostic, and it takes us a few seconds.
