You only pay if we repair the device. Phone, tablet, and watch diagnostics are free. If the repair isn't worth doing — for example, board damage that would cost more than a replacement device — we'll tell you straight, and you don't owe us anything for the inspection. Computer diagnostic is $49.99 but is credited toward any repair you approve.
