Yes. The standard slow-computer tune-up does not erase data. We remove malware, clean startup programs, identify and replace failing hardware — usually a dying spinning hard drive — and tune the OS. If a fresh install is genuinely the right answer we back up first and restore after. Software work starts at $49.99.
In most cases yes. Older laptops and desktops see a large speed improvement moving from a spinning hard drive to a SATA or NVMe SSD, and more RAM extends the life of older Windows machines. Upgrade labour starts at $59.99 plus the part. We migrate your existing install to the new drive — no reinstall needed in most cases.

If the drive itself is healthy and the failure is in the motherboard, power supply or screen, we can usually pull the drive, image the data and either return it on a new drive or transfer it to your new computer.
