Board-level work, console HDMI ports and repairs needing a part we do not stock take longer, and we will give you a realistic timeframe at the counter rather than a hopeful one.

No. Diagnostics are free on every device, and free whether or not you proceed with the repair. You will get the fault and the price before you commit to anything.

A written 90-day warranty covering the repair we performed and the part we fitted. Bring the device back to any of our nine Florida stores. The warranty does not cover new physical or liquid damage after the repair.

Yes. A PS5 that powers on but shows no picture is almost always a damaged HDMI port rather than a dead console — it is the most common console fault we see. Port replacement is $89.99 and is board-level work, so it takes longer than a phone screen. Diagnosis is free.

We do, and the sooner the better. Bring it in switched off and do not try to charge it — power through a wet board causes most of the permanent damage. We clean and assess the board first, then tell you honestly whether it is recoverable. Liquid damage is the one category where we cannot promise an outcome, and we will say so up front.

Usually yes for common Galaxy S and A-series models, which we stock. Note and Ultra panels are sometimes ordered in, which adds a day or two. Call with your exact model and we will confirm stock before you drive over.
